The Problem
The idea for canXsee sparked when Sanchee moved back home to the South Coast of NSW with her toddler and struggled to find reliable information on services she needed and events for a rainy day. Without the usual word-of-mouth channels to find out what was going on in the community, she felt isolated and was exhausted by the long and painful search. Later on, she discovered she was not alone in her struggle!
She decided to create the change needed for the community to come together, be more informed about what’s going on locally and be stronger through participation.
The Solution
A 21st century noticeboard, updated in real time and available 24/7 from anywhere.
We believe apps should make life easier, that’s why we wanted to ditch time-consuming social media and focus on enabling real human connection.
canXsee provides a single, easy-to-use app that allows users to find and engage with local events and services near them quickly.
