How to create a service #
Once you are in the App select on the + icon at the bottom of your App screen.
Select Create Service
You can choose to either upload your own photos from your own Galley or from Unsplash (a free photo service).
Using your own photos #
If you are using your own photos. You can do this by pressing the PICTURE icon.
If you choose to upload your own photos, you will need to give our App permission to access this. Under the iPhone, you can select what type of privacy permission you want to give us. Choose whatever you feel comfortable with, but you will have different settings in the App depending on your choice.If you are using your own photos, choose from “Upload Image from Gallery.”
Once you have chosen the photo you want, this will appear in your ‘Recents’ in photos. Select recent.
Click on the photo you want and press “Choose” in orange.
Once the photo has been uploaded, you will see the photo in “Service Information”
Adding a Service Name and Description #
You’ll need to add details such as the “Service Name” and “Service Description”. For example, we have named our activity “Rolling Barrels Surf School”.
Remember to keep the activity title under 45 characters and the description under 550 characters.
Once you have finished adding your title, you’ll need to select who is the Organiser. This is generally the account you signed up with. As my account belongs to Jessica Doe, you will see my name here.
In the next box, you can upload “Service Related Documents”. Kindly note that there is a maximum of 3 documents with an approximate size of 1MB max.
Choosing your Service Category #
In the next box, you must select “Service Type”. There are different types of services we have available. The types of services include:

The next step is to determine what categories best describe your audience

Add your phone number
Service Hours and Payment #
Select your Service start date from the calendar that pops up.
Duration #
Select how long your service appointment is. This is timed in 30-minute increments such as 30 minutes, 1 hour etc.
Add your location #
Select your Service start date from the calendar that pops up.
Adding price #
The duration section is about choosing how long your service appointment is. This is timed in 30-minute increments such as 30 minutes, 1 hour, etc.
Selecting a location #
The next step is to “Select a location”. This is where the event is being held. You can either type in the event in “Customise Address” or have the App find your locations. You can see examples of this here.
Create Service #
If you wish to use the App to set your location, click on the icon of where you are, then choose “Set location”.
